  • While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Rage candle purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at ragecandleco@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

    Returns

    Please contact us at ragecandleco@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. 

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

  • Shipping Cost

    Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the U.S.

    For orders under $50, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $7. Please allow shipments 1-5 business days to be processed to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    Rage Candle Company does not pay any customs, taxes or duties on international orders. Some countries may or may not charge a fee for your order entering the country. Please be aware though that it can happen from time to time and we do not pay these fees. Please contact your customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package.
