Shipping Information

Do you ship worldwide?
Not currently, but worldwide shipping is coming soon!

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Bloomfield, Nebraska.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after shipping.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and your order will ship the following day. Note that we do not ship on weekends. Processing may take longer during holidays or sales.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, requests will be denied, but you can return the order for a full refund after it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, email us at ragecandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item or processing your cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time to post.
